Working on the rewiring of a house extension is both a challenge and a rewarding experience. As an electrician, I’ve had the privilege of helping homeowners bring their visions to life while ensuring their homes are safe and functional for years to come.

I had to think about where the sockets, switches, and light fittings would go, making sure they were both convenient and aesthetically pleasing. It’s like putting together a puzzle, where every piece needs to fit just right.

Communication with the homeowner has been key throughout this process. I make it a point to keep them in the loop, explaining the work as it progresses and answering any questions they have. Extensions can be stressful, so I aim to make the electrical aspect as smooth and worry-free as possible.
